The highly flexible Kanban systems offered by us under the CPS®KANBAN service brand help you to make your warehouse and production effective and transparent. These Kanban systems are used predominantly by major industrial customers in the manufacture of their installations and products.
The most suitable solution for automatic replenishment is implemented, tailored to the particular item and to the individual work situation and requirements. Maximum availability of the right item in the right quantity in the right place at the right time in the production facility itself is always paramount.
The principle of the Kanban system, which originated in Japan, is simple: it is a rolling two-bin system that, in contrast to traditional supply methodologies, provides C-Parts "just-in-time" directly at the point of use. The system demonstrates great potential for adjustment if requirements change, maximum delivery and supply security at reduced inventory levels and minimal capital commitment.
The flow of materials in Kanban systems is managed via two bins, each of which has a barcoded Kanban label, RFID tag or iBin® module, which specifies the customer, storage location, item, bin, batch and quantity in more detail.
Each bin movement is captured and documented, so that we can give you information about the status of your Kanban system at any time. This is enabled by Kanban management software developed in-house and our specialised European Kanban logistics centre in Bad Mergentheim, as well as the barcoded labels, RFID tags or iBin® modules.
The data is used to schedule all C-Parts close to the point of use, to optimise stock levels and warehouse technology regularly and to update statistical data. As a customer, you can also find all of the data using the CPS®ONLINE information platform.
At the same time, a variety of special parts, parts designed as per drawings and specific commodity groups may be handled effectively. Our employees plan your specific, cost-optimised solution in consultation with all departments. We implement the system in cooperation with your company, and provide further support for product standardisation of your C-Parts.

You can find your customer number on a Würth invoice, a delivery note or an order confirmation (in the top right-hand corner of the first page).
If you aren't a Würth customer yet, then you can register online here; the process only has a few steps. Once we have checked and approved the information you enter, you can access all prices and place orders immediately. Click on "Register Now" to get started.
To log in with your mobile phone number please enter your mobile phone number, verified during the registration process. If you didn’t verify your mobile phone number yet please use the Partner Number login and verify your mobile phone number after login in ‘My Account’ Settings.
You are not yet a Würth customer? You can register online in a few simple steps. Once you have successfully registered, you will have access to all prices and can then place an order. Click on "Register now"
You will receive your partner number together with your login details once you have successfully registered on the Würth Online Shop via an email to the email address you specified on the registration form. Alternatively you can contact your sales representative.
To log in with a personal login name, please enter the login name you have chosen. If you have not yet assigned a login name, please use the login with customer number and assign a user name after successful login in the settings of 'My account'.
The password for the Würth Online Shop is either the password you entered during the initial registration, or the password given to you by your company. The password must be at least 8 characters long and be composed of numbers and letters, with at least 4 different characters. The use of special characters is not permitted. The following terms are also not allowed as a password: your customer number, "wuerth1", "abcdefg".
