Digitize, but how?
Networking across the company's borders is increasingly coming into focus. Companies must constantly reinvent themselves and change their business model in the face of global competition, rising customer expectations, and the high speed of innovation. Expansion of logistics center
Integration of the storage and retrieval machines
Expansion of logistics center is coming to an end: storage and retrieval machines integrated into new high-bay warehouse.
On Tuesday, 28 March 2017, the storage and retrieval machines were delivered and installed for Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG’s new high-bay warehouse at Würth Industrial Park in Bad Mergentheim.

Five completely automated SRMs operate in the five aisles of the newly erected high-bay warehouse at Würth Industrie Service. The warehouse, which is 45 m high and 120 m long, is among the largest warehouses of its kind in Europe and forms the basis for continued maximum supply security for all customers. It currently has a capacity of 49,000 pallet spaces.
On 21 July 2016, the ground work began in advance of construction of the most modern logistics centre for industrial supply in Europe at Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG.
